IBM Tealeaf Customer Behavior Analytics on Cloud offers Software-as-a-Service (SaaS users) customer behavior analytics capabilities for their mobile applications:

  • Configure and evaluate events that are based on mobile application interactions, customer context, and other environmental variables, such as device and application version.
  • Associate events information to metrics and dimensional values to build ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Drill down from the reports and dashboards into a list of sessions and individual session details to help determine the root cause of customer struggle.
  • Provision application profiles to support instrumentation of customer's mobile applications.
  • Provision users and their associated permission to facilitate administrator set up of users.
