Security expert and CISM Robin Tatam and IT automation expert Paul Ratchford will lead educational sessions at NEUGC.

 

HelpSystems, a leading provider of systems and network management, business intelligence, and security and compliance solutions, will exhibit at NEUGC (Northeast User Groups Conference) in Framingham, Massachusetts, March 30–April 1. NEUGC is the largest IBM i conference in New England and includes more than 70 educational sessions and in-depth seminars.

 

Robin Tatam, Director of Security Technologies, is a featured speaker who will share his IBM i security expertise in sessions throughout the conference.

Wednesday, April 1:

12:30–1:45 p.m.: Configuring and Using IBM i Auditing Features

 

Technical Services Manager Paul Ratchford will lead a session addressing systems management

challenges on April 1:

3:45–5:00 p.m.: How to Identify Runaway Processes

 

HelpSystems will be at booth 3 of the Vendor Expo, where conference attendees can demo products and meet Tatam and Ratchford.
