ProData announced a new community forum today that resides within the company Web site at http://www.prodatacomputer.com/.  As part of the company's ongoing customer service and support, the community forum has been added to the site for visitors to hold discussions and post user-generated content pertaining to DBU or any ProData product, service, or customer-care interaction.

The community forum already has proven beneficial to ProData and its customers. Last month the company made improvements to it's Internet connectivity/bandwidth and was forced to change its IP address. Customers used the forum to provide and obtain feedback on those modifications and report on the effect it had on them.

"The forum will help our customers and our team with valuable discussions and interactions that normally would not be available to the public. In this way, our customers can learn from us and each other while providing good feedback for our technical staff to use in development," said Allen Hartley, owner and developer of DBU.

With this addition, ProData continues to offer the customer service that loyal followers have come to expect, the company says, adding that the performance and functionality of each utility and interaction with the company continues to enrich organizations around the world.
