IBM PureApplication Storage Expansion options enable PureApplication Systems users to expand available storage for their PureApplication System workloads. Each Storage Expansion Enclosure includes 24 TB of hard disk drive and 1.6 TB of solid state drive for a total of 25.6 TB of storage.

Up to 3 Storage Expansion Enclosures can be attached to a PureApplication System to expand storage by up to 76.8 TB.
