The IBM® Bluemix® Local and IBM PureApplication® System firmware V2.2.3 enables the dramatic time reduction for central IT to implement and deploy a full VMware environment to your on-premise datacenter.

A VMware environment with your PureApplication family products provides:

• User-managed, virtual machine deployments with VMware vCenter
• Support for high availability and disaster recovery scenarios
• Support for additional virtual machine deployment models

This release is available to all new and existing clients of PureApplication System W1500, W1700, W2500, W2700, and W3700 appliances and Bluemix Local System W3500 and W3550 appliances with current subscription and support.
