Our shop has adopted an approach that other shops could use to handle the member full message (CPA5305). We add an entry to the System Reply List that automatically responds to the "member full" message, causing the member to enlarge to its next expansion limit. It was very simple to set up and didn't require changing all of our files. You will need to make sure your production jobs use the reply list (which is controlled by the job description).
