Job Queues in OS/400

Q. I set up a subsystem, MADHOUSE, and attached several job queues to it. Two of them are COMPL1 and COMPL2. How do I get PDM to always use COMPL1 for my sign-on and COMPL2 for someone else?

A. You may have to create a job description for use with PDM. In the PDM settings panel, you can "attach" this job description to the user who is currently signed on. Among the job description settings, there's one for job queue and another for output queue. Have you tried this? It would require creating a different job description for each group of users who should share the same attributes, but that's okay.
