A: No. Once you delete a network server storage space, OS/400 has routines that automatically reclaim the space. In general, this process takes about 20 minutes. However, I have found cases that take longer (several hours) because the AS/400 system CPU utilization was very high and the network server storage space was very large (over 3GB).
