A new publication providing details of using the CA/400 ODBC driver is available from IBM. The title of this manual is Client Access/400 for Windows 3.1 Client for OS/400 ODBC User’s Guide Version 3.1.1 (and the short title isn’t much shorter). The publication order number is SC41-3533; the price is listed at $49.00

I haven’t received my copy yet, but I did see a list, somewhere, of some of the topics covered. Most of the major PC packages and programming languages were listed as being covered in the manual. The manual is 612 pages long.

Hopefully, this manual will provide sufficient detail about all of the configuration and usage options. I understand that another manual is being written about performance issues.
