IBM Cloud Orchestrator is a cloud management platform, based on OpenStack, that automates the delivery and lifecycle management of cloud services in hybrid environments.

IBM Cloud Orchestrator V2.5 adds new core capabilities:

• Provides extended support for OpenStack's Heat technology to help automate delivery and configuration of complex infrastructure stacks
• Expands the support for public cloud infrastructures through the added support for Microsoft™ Azure
• Provides a broader OpenStack choice for organizations so they can now use Cloud Orchestrator to manage their own OpenStack clouds
• Supports the latest version of IBM PowerVC to manage IBM PowerVM® environments
• Supports OpenStack Kilo, the latest release of OpenStack
