IBM PureApplication System Service and software provides enhancements for enterprises' hybrid cloud, with additional options for hardware and on-premises clouds.

IBM PureApplication Service on SoftLayer allows clients to quickly deploy and manage lifecycle of enterprise workloads in a dedicated and isolated cloud environment. It provides hybrid cloud capability in conjunction with PureApplication System.

Additional enhancements include:

• Cloud Zones to enable workload isolation and sub-capacity licensing in PureApplication Service
• New 8-core and 16-core instances with increased memory
