In addition to licensing its software products, HAC offers a comprehensive suite of Professional Services to assist its customers and resellers with both pre-sales and post-sales application and technical requirements. HAC also operates a 24x7 support organization to help ensure that its customer’s mission-critical applications and services continue to be highly available. HAC sells its products via a global network of resellers, distributors and OEM partners. This network includes channel partners in the UK, Europe, China, Japan, US and S. Korea. We also sell our products direct to customers via its web site and through a small, direct sales presence in the UK, Benelux and US.
