In OS/400 Release 2, IBM changed the file QARZHELM to disallow read access to it. Because of this change, you cannot access the resource name by reading QARZHELM. To compensate for the change to the file, IBM created a new command-DSPLCLHDW. This command allows the display of the hardware information into an outfile.
